Balance Due is in final testing with a small group of Shopify stores before it goes live on the App Store. Leave your details and we will set you up first, free while we test, and tell you when it is listed.
What to tell us
Two things make the reply useful: what you sell, and how you take deposits today. A furniture maker invoicing 40% by bank transfer and a bridal boutique taking 50% on the card machine need different plans, and knowing which you are means the install link comes with a plan already suggested.
- What you sell and roughly how long an order takes from deposit to delivery
- How you take deposits now: card machine, invoice, draft order, or not at all
- Your Shopify payment provider, if you know it, so we can say whether balances will be charged automatically or by payment link
- Whether you ship, deliver yourself or have customers collect
What happens next
- We reply with an install link for your store and a short call if you want one.
- You create a plan, place a test order and see the balance collect itself.
- Early-access stores get the App Store install link first and a direct line to the developer while we finish testing.
Prefer email or chat?
Write to support@balance-due.com for anything about the app, or support@balance-due.com if you are already using it. For a quick question, the chat in the corner of any page reaches the same inbox. Replies within one working day, faster if orders are stuck. The person who replies is the person who wrote the app, so a question about a particular order gets an answer rather than a ticket number.
